Applies to everyone, including staff.
Supervisors are defined as anyone that holds a position in TouhouFest ranked as a manager, director, vice chairperson, or chairperson. Supervisors also include anyone else that directly supervises other staff or volunteers.
Supervisors must report any known or suspected harassment, discrimination, or bullying (involving a TouhouFest staff or volunteer) to the Staff Resources Director immediately upon being made aware (whether directly or indirectly). Failure to make a report under this obligation is considered a serious breach of your supervisory duties and may result in disciplinary action.
Please use Form SR-200 to make reports under this obligation. Non-supervisors may also use this form to make an optional report.
